Let’s not make any excuses. The other night, LandCrazed (the blogger) watched back-to-back-to-back episodes of “I Love New York,” one of the most delightfully/terrible reality freak shows to ever hit the airwaves. Thank you, VH1. Don’t know how this could happen, but it’s even more delightfully/terrible than “The Flavor of Love,” which was pretty, well … yeah. BAD. But in a pervertedly good way.
At any rate, besides wasting a few good hours, the best thing to come out of this TV blitzkrieg session was re-affirmation of our love for New York — THE STATE OF!
Today’s offering from LandCrazed (THE BLOG) focuses on the Empire State. We have located yet another real estate listing service associated with a magazine/media site: House Media Network. It is associated with New York House magazine. It’s listing service will no doubt cater to savvy customers who know (pretty much) what they’re looking for and can expect a New York inside familiarity with quality real estate across the state.
Granted, many great rural parcels can be found on craigslist.com, which we love for the democratic nature of the site. However, there is a tad more authority about listings that appear on a site like New York House, which charges a fee for listings. But maybe we were just swept up in the moment looking at this listing for 35 acres in Canaan, New York …
