Someone’s going to win the race for creating THE SITE for land search. Don’t know who. Don’t know where. But just like the GREAT RACE for residential listings now taking place in web 2.0 world of wonders — and mashables — land listing sites are flooding the market and reaching for the brass ring … or is it the golden ring … or maybe the green ring?
Here’s a new one for our eyes. And, one day, as per requests from some land list creators, we might get around to exploring and ranking land list sites. For now, we are SHOPPING. And we shopped today at LandBlueBook.com.
They charge a membership fee for listing service, so they’re NO ZILLOW model. Here’s what they say:
